Hi, I am Chantal Andary and I am a Human Kinetics student at the U of W. I believe exercising is a sport in itself and is a lifestyle choice for many people. Nutrition, exercise and sport clothing are of many of my interests. For this reason, I will be posting blogs related to healthy eating especially pre and post workout meals, specific exercises that target certain areas of the body, and lastly, workout clothing and shoes designed for all types of exercises such as: yoga, outdoor running, spin classes etc.
Many people tend to make excuses as to why this choice is not an option for them. Being a Human Kinetics student, I have the inside scoop as to why choosing an active lifestyle should not be contemplated. For this reason I will provide inspirational quotes and pictures because a one hour workout is only 4% of your day. Basic math proves that there should be NO EXCUSES.
